TEO LT revenues reduced by 5.9% in 9 months

Print versionThe total consolidated revenue of Lithuania-based provider of integrated telecommunication, IT and TV services TEO LT Group for nine months of 2010 was 581 million litas, a decrease by 5.9% over the total revenue of 618 million litas for nine months of 2009, TEO LT reports to NASDAQ OMX Vilnius.

EBITDA for nine months of 2010 went down by 14.2% to 240 million litas over 279 million litas in nine months of 2009. EBITDA margin amounted to 41.3% (45.2% in 2009), writes LETA/ELTA.
Profit before income tax in the nine months of 2010 was down by 17.4% and amounted to 142 million litas (172 million litas a year ago).
Profit for the period amounted to 125 million litas, while a year ago it was 134 million litas, a decrease by 6.8%.
The profit margin was 21.5%.
The Management's comment on financial results for the nine months of 2010: "TEO revenue for nine months of 2010 was 581 million litas – a 5.9% drop, year-on-year. Operating expenses decreased 1.2%".
