The study included all players of different lottery games in this list.
As compared to a similar study conducted in 2006, the share of population with gambling risk has stayed generally the same, said the finance ministry.
The share of gambles with high and average gambling risk among population has fallen from 6% in 2006 to 3% in 2010 but the share of people with a small gambling risk has increased from 4 to 10% at the same time.
A typical gambler and lottery player is a young or middle-aged Estonian man, with higher than average income and professional position; the list also includes a lot of pupils and students.
