Circulation numbers of all major newspapers in Estonia have fallen in May

In the year-on-year comparison, in May 2010 the circulation numbers of all major Estonian newspapers have fallen, writes LETA/National Broadcasting.

Äripäev and Õhtuleht have lost the most readers; a year ago, the tabloid Õhtuleht was printed 56,100 numbers, in May 2010 this number was by 3,000 smaller. The printing number of business newspaper Äripäev fell in a year by 2,600 to 13,100.

 

Postimees’ circulation fell by 1,000 in comparison to last year, to 57,600. From among major newspapers, the circulation of Eesti Päevaleht fell the most – by only 100, to 33,500.

 

The weekly newspapers Maaleht and Eesti Ekspress suffered a fall in circulation numbers by 900 to 41,900 and by 800 to 32,200, respectively

 

The circulation numbers of all major newspapers fell in May in comparison to the previous month as well.
