Premia Foods became sole shareholder of GourmetHouse

Print versionThe food industry enterprise Premia Foods became the sole shareholder of the seafood distributing enterprise GourmetHouse and in the Latvian subsidiary Premia FFL that supplies frozen products, writes LETA/National Broadcasting.

Premia Foods’ subsidiary Saaremere Kala bought on Monday nearly 24 % of the shares of GourmetHouse from Indrek Loorens, a member of the management board of the enterprise, and is now the sole proprietor of the company.
Lorens was given 143,000 shares of Premia with the transaction, which he cannot sell until the month of May next year.
Premia Foods’ subsidiary Tallinna Külmhoone is also the full owner of Premia FFL since last Friday as the group bought 5 % of the company’s shares from the member of the management board of Premia FFL Normunds Ozolins for 6.4 million kroons.
