Despite the general decline on the real estate and construction market in Estonia the enterprise Facio Ehitus AS plans to achieve a growth of 6% in net turnover in construction works.
Facio Ehituse AS hopes that it will reach sales revenue of nearly one billion kroons this year as the enterprise will continue with its projects despite the cooling of construction operations, writes EPL Online/LETA.
Managing director of the enterprise Riho Kalve noted that increased competition on the construction market has its good sides as well as the choice in sub-contractors and more high-quality labour force has increased together with decline in construction prices.
In the past ten years the net turnover of Facio Ehitus has grown from 132 million kroons to 940 million kroons.
