Tickets for both "Dinamo" quarterfinal home games sold out in Riga

Print versionTickets for the Riga "Dinamo" home games against Balashikha MVD sold out in about an hour and 30 minutes yesterday, as "Dinamo" Press Secretary Janis Stepitis told LETA.

Stepitis said that club's leadership had expected great fan interest, but the level today was a "pleasant surprise."
Tickets for the two games – March 22 and March 23, at "Arena Riga" went on sale at 12 noon today.
Tickets for last Sunday's game between Riga and St. Petersburg SKA were sold in about 20 minutes, Stepitis reminded.
"Dinamo" defeated SKA 4-2 (2-0, 1-1, 1-1) in their fourth game of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) preliminary playoff round in Riga Sunday evening, winning the series 3-1 and advancing to the Gagarin Cup quarterfinals.
The first game in the upcoming series against MVD will be played in Balashikha on Friday, March 19.
