Coca-Cola to buy land for moving factory from Estonia to Latvia

If auditing, purchase analysis and application for permits in Latvia will be completed successfully, Coca-Cola HBC Estonia will undertake to conclude a purchase and sale contract on the land in Latvia, writes Äripäev.ee/LETA.

“As we have reported earlier, we will then again review the project’s business side and will make the decisions on the following steps,” said the public relations director of Coca-Cola HBC Estonia Piret Jaaks. The land chosen in Latvia for establishing is in Ropazi.
Jaaks did not want to disclose any certain end dates for the analysis, stating that it is not yet approved by the company’s management board.
The factory on the Kadaka Road in Tallinn is owned by Coca-Cola HBC Estonia AS and Jaaks stated that the enterprise has not considered moving to any other neighbouring countries beside Latvia.
