2,000 jobs were created in Lithuania in new trading centre Ozas

The new retail trade and leisure centre Ozas opened in Vilnius on Thursday, with 2,000 jobs created. The investments into the one of the largest retail trade and leisure centers in Lithuania totaled 556 million litas (161.143 million euros), writes LETA.

"As planned, the building was erected in less than two years. We expect that the further success of Ozas would be ensured by an especially wide range of goods, by attractive prices and exceptional environment," said Stefan Zieselmeier, the General Director of the German company ECE Projektmanagement Vilnius which developed Ozas, at a news conference on Thursday.
There are 180 stores in the newly-opened retail trade and leisure centre. The total area of Ozas reaches 180,000 square meters.
