Lords LB Asset Management team was joined by Jonas Kimontas

So far, these
funds of Lords LB Asset Management were managed by Jaroslavas Neverovičius,
who will take part in fund activities by developing the new projects, attracting
potential investors and advising on the objects planned to be purchased.
Before joining Lords
LB Asset Management, Mr Kimontas worked in Klaipedos nafta for two years, where
he developed the projects on natural gas infrastructure of the regional and
European importance. Earlier, he managed the public and private partnership
projects at PE Investuok Lietuvoje (“Invest in Lithuania”) for five years.

private partnership sectors and energy will further strengthen the positions of Lords LB Asset Management on this market, where we see a lot of potential,”
said the head of the company Domas Kačinskas.
The funds
managed by Mr Kimontas invest in the objects of infrastructure, energy,
transport, utilities and telecommunications in Lithuania and other EU
countries.

Management has the reputation of reliable developers of large projects, so I
am glad that I will be able to use my knowledge and experience effectively with
this team. In the near future, we will start the implementation of very
important infrastructure projects, which have not received appropriate
attention of private investors so far,” the new fund manager spoke about his
duties.
Lords LB Asset
Management is an investment management company licensed by the Bank of
Lithuania that has been providing services to institutional and private
investors since 2008. In total, Lords LB Asset Management manages 13 funds,
including eight real estate funds, three private equity funds, and two energy
and infrastructure funds. Total value of the assets under management of the
fund amounted to EUR 310 mln at the end of December.
Activities of Lords LB Asset Management are licensed and supervised by the
Bank of Lithuania, and audited by PwC and KPMG. Depositories of the funds of
the company are SEB and Swedbank banks. The shareholders of Lords LB Asset
Management are three persons and their controlled companies: 47% of
shares are owned by Mindaugas Marcinkevičius, 44% – by Andrius Stonkus,
and 9% – by Antanas Vainauskas.
