Venta Global Limited buys 80.1% of shares in Triatel telecommunications operator

Venta Global Limited, represented by Nikolai Storozhev, who is also the Baltic representative of Lanck Telecom telecommunications company, has bought 265,676 shares or 80.1% in Telekom Baltija.
Baltic Telekom still holds 66,114 shares or 19.9% in Telekom Baltija.
"Both companies intend to work closely together to enhance the value of business and bring better service and products to its clients", said Gene Zolotarev, Board Member Baltic Telekom.
Previous shareholders of Telekom Baltija included several Latvian companies and Ultramar Services Inc., a company registered in Belize.
According to the stock exchange information, Baltic Telekom is 99.54% owned by MCM Maximus Capital Management Limited.
On August 21, 2013, Nasdaq Riga started listing Baltic Telekom shares on its First North Alternative Market.
