Plans of the state-owned enterprise Telecentras to become the fourth mobile network operator in Lithuania are collapsing, reports LETA/ELTA, referring to Vakaro zinios.

Market supervisors have disregarded the company's request to create preferential conditions.

Communications Regulatory Authority (RRT) has approved the list of tender conditions for the use of 900 and 1,800 MHz radio frequencies that are highly important for mobile network operators.

RRT decided that these frequencies will not be divided and three operators will continue using them.
