Estonian building enterprises Pindi Kinnisvara and ERI Kinnisvara are going to merge

Their strategic goal is to be the reliable real estate company offering universal services.
Kalev Roosiväli, the chairperson of the Pindi's Management Board, said that Pindi's goal is to be the biggest, strongest and most professional real estate company.
Hannes Pihl, the member of the ERI Kinnisvara's Management Board, noted that due to the merger the enterprise will be formed with the biggest number of offices and a great potential.
Both companies offer work to more than 300 people.
