Vilnius regional prosecutor's office being searched

Law-enforcement officials on Thursday are conducting searches at the Vilnius Regional Prosecutor's Office, according to information available to LETA/BNS.

Anatolijus Korzovas, acting head of the office, confirmed that "procedural acts" were underway, but gave no details.


"I can't speak. Procedural acts are underway," he said.


Prosecutor General Evaldas Pasilis could not be reached for comment.
