Investly starts offering invoice selling service in Estonia

BC, Tallinn, 22.01.2016.Print version
The peer-to-peer (P2P) financing platform Investly in Estonia has started to offer an invoice selling service where invoices are funded in a reverse-auction, informs LETA/BNS.

"We saw that entrepreneurs often used an operating loan to increase working capital," Investly founder Siim Maivel said in a press release. He said that while ample solutions exist for bigger companies, for small and medium-sized companies these services are too expensive and complex to use.

Invoices can be put up for sale by companies which have been in business for at least one year and have a clear payment record. Invoices eligible for sale must be for less than 100,000 euros and with a due date from 15 to 120 days from issuance.

Investly is a P2P financing platform that started business at the beginning of 2015. It has mediated investments to 16 businesses from 300 investors so far.
