“Astor Rezidence” building is a new and modern apartment building project that will give its residents an opportunity to live in the heart of the city, with everything needed for a convenient and comfortable life. This project is meant for people who value time, comfort and modern technologies. Panoramic view of the city will open from windows of the apartments. Commercial area of the building will be 497 m². The project of the building was developed by NRJA architect bureau that is well-known for their projects, such as “Z-Towers”, “8 Blacks”, etc. 

The representative of “Astor Rezidence” Viesturs Kulikovskis: “Because the building is located in the city centre, where it is daily seen by thousands of citizens and guests of the city, we were very meticulous in choosing an architect for execution of this project. I am sure that the project created by Uldis Luksevic will definitely provide a significant investment into shaping of understanding of how a 21^st century architecture in Latvia and worldwide should look like.”

“It is a perimetral structure building; furthermore, it is located in the city centre where traffic and pedestrian density is very high. That is why the construction works have to be carried out with respect towards drivers and pedestrians. Construction should be performed on a relatively small building territory. Before the start of the construction, we have performed a monitoring of the nearby buildings and groundwater level. We have also set up a construction pit 5 meters below the ground level. During the construction we are using bored piles and piling wall,” explains Member of the Board of LNK Industries JSC Jevgenijs Locovs.

“Astor Rezidence” building is located in the heart of the Latvian capital city – Riga, on the corner of Lacplesa Street and Krisjana Barona Street. This is a location with an excellent infrastructure - offices, shops, cafes and restaurants are located nearby. Riga International Airport is 20 minutes away by car, while the bus and train stations are just few minutes away. Nearby you will also find numerous schools, kindergartens, spa centres, fitness clubs, exhibition and concert halls and the Latvian National Opera.
