EU – Baltic States, Good for Business, Latvia, Markets and Companies

Dobeles dzirnavnieks was awarded with the "Sustainable Growth Award". Two other nominees for the award were Dinair Filton and Valmiermuizas alus.

Rimi Latvia won the "Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative of the Year Award". Grifs AG and SEB banka were also nominated for this award.

Meanwhile, Giraffe Visualization Group representative Mikus Opelts was awarded with the "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" award.

Any company from Latvia was eligible to apply for the "Swedish Business Awards 2014". All applications were reviewed by a board of representatives from the Embassy of Sweden, Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, Swedish Trade Chamber in Latvia, World Wide Fund for Nature, and Institute for Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility.
