Tele2: tablet computer users in Latvia now make up 100,000

Print versionThe number of tablets sold in Latvia has reached 100,000 (5% of populace), with "Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1" the #1 brand/model, informs LETA/Nozare.lv.

This according to research conducted by Tele2, who adds that the number of people in its customer service centers buying tablets this year has doubled.
Janis Spogis, commercial director at Tele2, states that the results this year show that from an exclusive product, the tablet has become a widespread consumer good – and – sales volume will only increase.
Also popular on the Tele2 network and retail are "iPad 2", "iPad 3", "Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1", "Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0", "Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1"
