The principal contractor of construction works on the new hotel and entertainment complex that will cost nearly 36 million euros is Merko Ehitus Estonia and the deadline for completion is the end of 2015.

For the duration of the construction works, OEG will move the largest Olympic Casino facilities in Estonia temporarily to the Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia building on the Liivalaia Street in Tallinn.

Chairman of the supervisory board of Olympic Entertainment Group Armin Karu stated that this project will be a pivotal one in the history of OEG, as this will be the very first so-called casino hotel that is designed according to the company’s own vision of a combination of a premium-level hotel and casino. “This will be a unique and exclusive building for Estonia, as it will offer a combination of unique entertainment and accommodation services for corporate clients and holiday tourists, and it will be possible to sell the services successfully on foreign markets such as Northern and Central Europe and Russia,” he emphasised.
