With the new sites in operation Elisa now has 550 active 4G-enabled base stations across Estonia, giving its network population coverage of 75%.
As reported, mobile phone operator Elisa's turnover grew 12% to 111.8 million euros in 2012 in Estonia.
At the end of 2012, Elisa Eesti AS had 638,965 clients versus 559,297 a year earlier.
Elisa's private clients unit manager, board member Andrus Hiiepuu said that mostly the increase in client numbers came from number mobility and fast growth of smart devices.
