The new offices will be fully operational later this spring and will include four partners and twenty lawyers altogether, with a leading corporate attorney Ligita Ramanauskaite joining as the managing partner of Magnusson Lithuania. The whole team moves from Nordia Baublys.

Magnusson Lithuania will offer a full range of legal services, including, among others, corporate and M&A, banking and finance, dispute resolution, real estate, tax and employment.
