Ryanair launches flights from Riga to Manchester and Bremen

The airline's "Boeing 737-800" will fly between Riga and Manchester twice a week – on Wednesdays and Sundays. Ryanair will also operate three weekly flights to between Riga and Bremen – on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, informs LETA.
As reported, five airlines operating at the Riga International Airport have increased flights frequencies to 18 destinations to and from Riga – Amsterdam, Berlin, Moscow, Vienna, London, Munich, Paris and others, Nozare.lv was informed by the airport's representative Sarmite Rinmane.
Two new destinations have also been added – Manchester and Salzburg.
Compared to the previous winter season, Latvian national airline airBaltic will offer two new routes – Budapest and Chisinau, while Norwegian airline Norwegian will offer a new route to Copenhagen.
Hungarian low-fare airline Wizz Air will increase flight frequency to two destinations this winter season – London (Luton) and Eindhoven.
airBaltic plans to increase flight frequency to several destinations this winter season – Amsterdam, Brussels, Moscow, and Munich.
Charter flights with Austrian Airlines subsidiary Lauda Air to Innsbruck and Salzburg will also be operated this winter season, as well as AMC Airlines charter flights to Egypt.
