Apranga retail turnover grew by 34.6% in March

The retail turnover of Apranga Group made 108.2 million litas in January through March 2012, or by 25.4% more than in 2011, writes LETA.
In January-March 2012, the retail turnover of the Apranga Group in Lithuania increased by 24.7%, year-on-year, in Latvia it increased by 30.1%, and in Estonia – by 19.9%.
During the first quarter 2012, Apranga Group opened six new stores, reconstructed three points, and closed one store.
Currently Apranga Group operates the chain of 126 stores (83 in Lithuania, 32 in Latvia and 11 in Estonia) covering the gross area of 65.6 thousand square meters, or by 3.6 precent more than at the end of the first quarter 2011.
Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
