Valmiera Fiberglass plans LVL 54.7 mln in turnover in 2012

Print versionThe joint-stock company Valmieras stikla skiedra (Valmiera Fiberglass, VSS) plans to operate with LVL 54.7 million in turnover 2012, a 37% increase on 2010, according to the company's announcement at NASDAQ OMX Riga.

VSS predicts that the company's net profit could amount to LVL 2.6 million, which is 473% more than in 2010, writes LETA.
In the first 11 months of 2011, the company's production volume reached LVL 45.5 million, a 20% increase on the respective period last year. VSS' net profit stood at LVL 1,659,143, a 275% increase on the same period last year, exceeding the company's projected profit for this year.
In 2012, the company's investments will total LVL 5.3 million. VSS also plans to reduce its liabilities.
As reported, VSS achieved LVL 39.2 million in net turnover in 2010, a 29.5% increase on 2009, when the company's turnover was LVL 30.26 million.
