City Service Group wins largest facility management tender in Latvia

City Service Group subsidiary Riga City Service in June 2011 has won the biggest tender in its activities history in Latvia. The company has signed a contract with the Latvian state energy company Latvenergo and started providing integrated facility management services – building structure and engineering systems maintenance, interior and territory cleaning, as the company's statement says.

Riga City Service started servicing building area of 105,000 square meters, providing cleaning services to 141,000 square meters building area, and providing territory cleaning services to total area of 2.8 million square meters, writes LETA/ELTA.

 

"Having won the largest tender for facility management market in Latvia this year, we continue to work with Latvenergo. Until June 2011 we provided office and territory maintenance services to Sadales Tikls, a secondary company of Latvenergo," said Jonas Simkevicius, Director of Riga City Service.

 

Riga City Service has also signed a cooperation agreement with real estate development company Homburg and started management of engineering systems in SEB Bank buildings.

 

Founded in 2006, Riga City Service provides facility management services for commercial and residential establishments in Latvia.
