Train route Riga-Valga-Tallinn starts operating daily

The daily rail route from Riga to Tallinn via Valga will be launched on Sunday, May 29, Valga county newspaper "Valgamaalane" reports.

Latvian joint-stock railway company Pasazieru vilciens (Passenger Train, PV) will launch a train on the Riga-Valga route, and Estonian railroad operator Edelaraudtee will service the Valga-Tallinn route.

 

A trip from Riga to Tallinn via Valga lasts eight hours, informs LETA.

 

The train departs from Riga to Valga at 1.20 p.m. and arrives in Tallinn at 9.21 p.m.

 

The train departs from Tallinn at 6.53 a.m. and arrives in Riga at 3 p.m.
