Estonia's Miltton, digital marketing agency Impact 80/20 will merge

The Estonian business consultancy Miltton has announced its expansion, as part of which it is merging with the digital marketing agency Impact 80/20, informs LETA/BNS.

The process of the merger will last six months, in the course of which the services and teams will be brought together, Miltton said on October 23rd.


After the team of 80/20 has joined the joint team, the Estonian unit of Miltton will be made up of approximately 30 people.


Impact 80/20 is an Estonian digital marketing agency established in 2008, whose partners are Kristjan Raude, Armin Tull and Maarja Tiho. Armin Tull will exit Impact 80/20, whereas the other partners will go on developing the company as part of Miltton.


"This year, we have focused on developing consultancy services in digital marketing, change consulting and corporate responsibility," Annika Arras, partner and CEO of Mitton, said in the press release.


Last year, Miltton established a change consulting company, Miltton Sisu. It is now entering the world of digital marketing, while the next steps will be to establish subsidiaries in Latvia and Lithuania.

Miltton said in the press release that following the merger of Miltton and Impact 80/20, clients will be offered a comprehensive service in the digital environment ranging from strategy to content creation and analytics.


Miltton New Nordics OU is a business consultancy holding company established by the Nordic business consultancy Miltton Grupp and Estonians Annika Arras, Kristi Liiva and Martin Kukk, which manages the government communication subsidiary Miltton Public Affairs OU, communication management consultancy Miltton JLP OU and change consulting company Miltton Sisu OU in Estonia.


Miltton Group was established in Finland in 2001. The group posted a sales turnover of 37 million euros for 2019. The turnover of Miltton Estonia totaled 1.5 million euros last year.
