US company Splunk Inc acquires Estonian startup Plumbr

Splunk Inc., listed U.S. company that specializes in big data analysis software, on Tuesday announced that it had completed the acquisition of Estonian startup Plumbr, developer of solutions for avoiding software performance errors, informed LETA/BNS.
Splunk also announced that it had signed a final agreement to acquire the U.S.-based digital experience monitoring company Rigor.
Plumbr is an application performance monitoring (APM) company offering auto-instrumentation, Real User Monitoring and deep application performance insights for enterprise applications.
Plumbr was founded in 2011 by former Nortal and, at the time, Webmedia employees.
Splunk Inc. has been listed on the New York stock exchange since 2012.
