Turnover of Lexel Fabrika rose by 17.2% in 2017

Print versionLatvia’s Lexel Fabrika, electric equipment and materials plant, last year generated EUR 51.665 million in turnover, up 17.2% year-on-year, and earned EUR 2.881 million in profit in contrast to loss a year ago, writes LETA, according to Firmas.lv business database.

Last year the company continued restructuring of its Riga plant to increase productions and strengthen cooperation with related manufacturers in Europe.
This year Lexel Fabrika plans to continue launch of new products and open new production lines.
In 2016 Lexel Fabrika posted EUR 44.07 million in sales and sustained loss worth EUR 1.942 million.
Lexel Fabrika, a company of Schneider Electric group, was opened in Latvia in 1993, and is solely owned by Danish-registered Schneider Nordic Baltic.
