Print versionAbout EUR 15 mln have been invested in renovation fo Semara Hotel Lielupe SPA & Conferences in Latvia’s seaside resort Jurmala, writes LETA according to the hotel’s representatives reported.

The hotel head Juris Baumerts said that the hotel was opened on June 30. During renovation, it has been turned from a resort hotel into a four-star hotel with 264 rooms, swimming pools, saunas, tennis courts restaurants and bars, a fitness center, a beauty parlour and a top-class conference center.
According to Firmas.lv business database, Semarah Hotel Management last year posted EUR 3.71 mln in sales, down 6% from 2014. The company’s loss last year was cut from EUR 529,143 in 2014 to EUR 111,378 in 2015.
Semarah Hotel Management was established in 2012 and has a share capital of EUR 2,845. The company belongs to Russian citizen Nikita Polovinkin (60%), and IMG Hotels (40%).
