Estonian Harju KEK to set up industrial park for EUR 15 mln

The property developer Harju KEK has started work to set up an industrial park at Valdmae, on the border of the rural municipalities of Saue and Saku in Estonia, for an estimated 15 million euros, informs LETA/BNS.

In accordance with the detailed plan, the industrial park is made up of six properties with an aggregate gross area of 30,600 square meters, the company said.
The total investment, including investments in the property, infrastructure and buildings, will amount to approximately 15 million euros," Harju KEK sales and marketing chief Lauri Viilberg told BNS.
He said the buildings are expected to be ready one and a half years from now.
