Lithuanian Scandye eyes Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium for clients

Lithuanian textile dyeing company Scandye, which is operated by Devold, Gabriel AS and Amber Holding companies, raised its revenue by a fourth n 2016, posting threefold profits – the growth was due to increase in orders from shareholders, discovery of new clients and better efficiency, the business daily Verslo Zinios said, cites LETA/BNS.

Up until now, the company was actively searching for clients in Scandinavia and has analyzed the market in detail by now and has concluded a few contracts, therefore, it is shifting its focus to other parts of Europe, namely, Germany, Switzerland, France and Belgium.

 

"We have heard that Belgian and German textile dyeing companies are searching for opportunities for moving production to regions with lower costs, therefore, we see a potential in bringing the production to Lithuania," the daily cited Violeta Jurkeviciene, Scandye CEO, as saying.
