LIDA organises seminar in Riga on opportunities on the Polish market

The Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIDA), in cooperation with the joint-stock Hansabanka, on August 27 2008 will organize a seminar on opportunities offered by the Polish market, where Latvian businessmen will be provided practical information on the development of exports to Poland.

LIDA Marketing and Communication Department told LETA that the seminar will be very useful for all the Latvian companies that export or wish to launch export of their products to Poland, cooperate with Polish enterprises or enter the Polish market.

 

LIDA representative in Poland, Rolands Lielbriedis, will inform the businessmen about the Polish market's prospects and business environment in Poland.

 

Representatives from the Polish Embassy in Riga will offer information on the Polish business culture, whereas Baiba Bramane from the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will tell Latvian businessmen about the network of Polish chambers of commerce.

 

The Latvian companies Brivais Vilnis and Severstallat will share their experience of starting a business in Poland.

 

The seminar will take place in Hansabanka's headquarters.

 

By the end of the year, LIDA, in conjunction with Hansabanka, will also organize seminars on the markets of France, Norway, Slovenia and China.
