Banks Association: Ukio Banko Lizingas is stable

Print versionPresident of the Lithuanian Association of Banks (LBA) Stasys Kropas says that suspension of the bank Ukio Bankas operation did not affect Leasing company Ukio Banko Lizingas because these are two separate financial institutions and they function separately, informs LETA/ELTA.

"As far as we know, the leasing company does not have any financial issues, its obligations to clients and business partners are carried out, services are provided to residents as always," says Kropas.
According to Kropas, clients should not worry about the current contracts and currently paid leasing fees. The bank crisis does not affect newly signed leasing contracts. Everyone who is willing to use Ukio Bankas Lizingas services can continue to do it.
