The growth of the budget volume is 1% as compared to this year.
Income comes mainly from private individuals income tax, land tax, sale of goods and services. The biggest changes are that the city will free home owners of land tax and the city will be deprived of its sales tax. The latter means an over 16 million euros decrease from last year.
Investments will increase by 20% with main focuses on roads and streets as well as pre-school childcare institutions.
