Bank of Lithuania authorizes administration of Russian bank's Vilnius-based subsidiary

The Board of the Bank of Lithuania confirmed nomination of Elmaras Milinavicius as the manger of the Russia-based commercial bank Investicionnyj Torgovyj Bank, as the central bank said in a statement.

Currently, the Bank of Lithuania considers application of Investicionnyj Torgovyj Bank for an opening of a representative office in Vilnius, reports LETA/ELTA.
