DnB Nord bank Lithuania increased authorized capital at the National Register

The bank DnB Nord has registered the amended regulations including increased authorized capital at the National Register of Legal Persons.

Now the authorized capital of the bank amounts to 590.999 million litas (171.186 million euros) and is divided into more than 5.139 million ordinary registered shares, informs ELTA.

 

The nominal value of one share stands at 115 litas (33.319 euros). The regulations of bank DnB Nord were changed under the decision adopted at the general ordinary meeting of shareholders on March 28. The bank DnB Nord plans to increase its authorized capital by the additional contributions from shareholders once again. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders is to be held on this issue on September 29.

 

The bank DnB Nord is a member of DnB Nord banking group, which was established by the Norway"s largest bank DnB Nor and North Germany"s largest bank NORD/LB.
