Print versionNorway registered DnB NOR Bank ASA has acquired 100 percent of shares of the Lithuania-based bank DnB NORD Bankas on June 30 this year, the company's statement to the Stock Exchange says.

The shares were purchased from Denmark-based Bank DnB NORD A/S, controlled by DnB NOR Bank ASA, thus becoming direct shareholder of the Bank owning 100% of it's shares and voting rights, writes LETA.
