According to this agreement, the subsidiary Nordea and BMW financial services company BMW Financial Services will cooperate in distributing the BMW production in the three Baltic States. BMW services will be provided by using the infrastructure and experience of Nordea Finance subsidiaries in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Yesterday Nordea Bank Lietuva, the branch of the biggest Northern and Baltic finances group Nordea, has opened its fourth subdivision in Kaunas. It will provide banking services for residents and business.

The leasing and factoring company Nordea Finance Lithuania established its Kaunas division next to this subdivision of Nordea Bank Lietuva. It is already the 18th Nordea subdivision in Lithuania: nine subdivisions of Nordea Bank Lietuva are in Vilnius, four – in Kaunas, three – in Klaipeda and one – in Panevezys and Siauliai.
