Abazorius has been chosen for Lithuanian DnB Nord Bankas Member of the Board

Print versionThe Lithuanian bank DnB Nord Bankas reported to NASDAQ OMX Vilnius: the Management of the bank has elected Ramunas Abazorius as the bank’s Member of the Board. He will start his office on February 1, 2010, writes LETA.

In the six-member Management Board of the AB DnB NORD Bankas Abazorius will be responsible for accounting, accountability and controlling. In this position he will replace Jekaterina Titarenko, who was appointed for the position of the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank DnB NORD Group on December 4, 2009.
Abazorius was born in 1973; he has been working for DnB Nord Bankas since 1994. He worked as a manager of the Assets and Liabilities Management and Credit Risk units and since 2004 was appointed to the position of the manager of the Bank's Controlling Department. Abazorius graduated from Vilnius University, he holds a master degree in economics.
Abazorius owns two shares in DnB NORD Bankas.
