The authority wishes that customers be sufficiently clearly informed by Parex Banka on the fact that since December 1, 2008, payments made by Parex Banka are subject to limitations imposed by the Latvian Committee on Financial and Capital Markets.
The Latvian authority informed with its letter the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority that according to decisions made on December 1, 2008 and June 19, 2009, public support measures are implemented on the Latvian credit establishment AS Parex Banka and they will be applied until November 30, 2009.
