Japanese company to start mining Estonian crypto currency

Blockhive OU, a company of Japanese business partners, in October will start mining crypto currency on Pakri peninsula in Estonia, the technology portal Geenius.ee reports, cites LETA/BNS.

"We will start production on October 20, the processors have already
been despatched from Japan and Hong Kong, soon we will start to assemble the
machines," Kazuteru Arimura,
chief strategic officer and one of the partners at the company, told Geenius.
The company is planning to invest several million euros in Estonia in order
to mine the Ethereum crypto currency. The company is also developing a digital
wallet app called Eesty, which is to be released in the next few months.
"Eesty will also be connected to the mine to be established in
Pakri," Arimura said.
