PKN ORLEN signs agreement with BP Europa SE

Print versionThe Lithuania-based Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (PKN ORLEN) informed that on January 10, 2014, it signed one-year agreement with BP Europa SE, based in Poland, a member of the BP group, PKN ORLEN said in a statement, cites LETA.

The agreement was signed for the sales by PKN ORLEN of gasoline and diesel oil to BP Europa for the period between January 1, 2014, and December 31, 2014. The total estimated net value of the agreement amounts to PLN 6.5 billion.
The total value of agreements signed between PKN ORLEN and PKN ORLEN subsidiaries and companies from the BP group in the period from June 5, 2013, to January 10, 2014, amounted to approximately PLN 8.66 billion.
The agreements between PKN ORLEN and PKN ORLEN subsidiaries and companies from the BP group were concluded for the sales and purchase of products and purchase of crude oil.
