Print versionSpanish gas supplier may supply Klaipedos Nafta with liquefied natural gas (LNG). The Lithuanian company has signed a letter of intent on a possibility for the Spanish gas supplier Gas Natural Fenosa to supply Klaipedos Nafta with LNG.

According to Klaipedos Nafta CEO Rokas Masiulis, this agreement is very important in shaping the LNG supply strategy and a common Lithuanian natural gas market, writes LETA/ELTA.
The letters of intent will allow a possibility to choose between several natural gas suppliers in the future and as a result they will allow creating competitiveness and ensuring a continuous supply of gas.
The state owns a 70.63-% holding in Klaipedos Nafta.
