Print versionThe company Kriptonika, over which the company groups Penki Kontinentai and UVS owning holdings of 50% in the company each were fighting in courts for several years, has been given to Penki Kontinentai.

Idrakas Dadasovas, chairman of the board of directors of Penki Kontinentai, has become the head of Kriptonika. According to him, thorough audit of the company is to be performed in the nearest future and documents are to be inspected.
Kriptonika also has a subsidiary Kriptonika Latvija. It has also become the property of Penki Kontinentai group.
