Baltic International Academy opens Russian language courses

General Russian Course:
Course focuses on integrating all the skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. The emphasis is on the communication skills, increasing students’ vocabulary and improvement of their ability to speak Russian.
Course starts: every Monday throughout the year
Minimum course duration: 1 week
Levels available: A1 — C1
Timetable: 20 lessons per week.
Intensive Russian Course:
In the extra lessons students learning Russian language focus on a particular area of Russian: grammar, vocabulary and speaking. This course emphases on improving a specific language area that has been identified as a student need. Having chosen a 30-academic-hour module (intensive), you can choose the most essential language skill or aspect (speaking, listening, writing, reading, grammar, pronunciation) to develop at every third class.

Minimum course duration: 1 week
Levels available: A1 — C1
Timetable: 30 lessons per week.
Individual Russian Lessons:
Course concentrates on particular areas of language. The student will be able to decide the schedule, content and the quantity of lessons per week (from 10 to 30 lessons). One-to-one training in Russian language can be either according to general Russian Language programme (the similar to Russian language Standard Course) or in any topic or aspect specified by the student (see Business Russian course as an example). You may combine this course with any other.

Business Russian Course:
Course gives all needed language skills for any business you may have.
Course starts: every Monday throughout the year.
Minimum course duration: 1 week
Levels available: A2-C1
Each lesson (all programs) includes:

- revision of the acquired language material;
- extensive speaking training;
- listening;
- grammar presentation, practice and revision;
- introduction to new topics.
If necessary, the school provides accommodation BIA hotels or in Russian-speaking families.
Our teachers are native speakers of Russian and authors of popular textbooks of Russian as a second language. They are experienced professionals specialized to teach Russian as a foreign language with additional qualifications in culture studies, business, science, law etc.
