KLASCO withdraws from Nasdaq OMX Vilnius stock exchange

Print versionKlaipedos Juru Kroviniu Kompanija (KLASCO), being managed by the concern Achemos Grupe, withdraws from Nasdaq OMX Vilnius stock exchange. The main reason for that is the small amount of the shares, circulating at the stock exchange.

The authorized capital of the company totals 126.704 million litas (36.98 million euros). The main shareholder plants to announce obligatory official proposal for the purchase of the remaining shares. 11 litas (3.2 euro) will be offered for each share.
The ordinary public KLASCO shareholders' meeting is to be called on April 24 to pass the aforementioned decisions on the initiative of the company's board of directors.
