The most sought after employers are Eesti Energia, Skype and Elion

The first position thus went to Eesti Energia AS (1st last year), second to Skype Technologies OÜ (2nd), third to Elion Ettevõtted AS (4th), fourth to Swedbank AS (3rd), fifth to AS EMT (6th), sixth to AS Tallink Grupp (5th), seventh to AS SEB Pank (9), eighth to OÜ Playtech Estonia (8), ninth to Nortal AS (former Webmedia, 7) and tenth to Kaubamaja AS (11).
CV Keskus CEO Paavo Heil said that the respondents, of whom there were over 5,000, evaluated highly the feeling of security that working in a stable organisation offers, the good reputation of the organisation and the fact that the employer is the leader of its field.
"The respondents were most motivated by dignified salaries and good working conditions, good reputation of the company and trustworthiness, the fact that there is a human attitude towards employees, stability and career opportunities," said Heil.
The poll took place from the end of February to beginning of March.
