John Lipsky.

“We are glad to see very positive results in coming out of the crisis and we hope for continued success and extra reforms that would increase the competitiveness and growth outlook of Estonian economy further,” Lipsky told National Broadcasting’s radio news.

Ansip said that the message of the IMF towards Estonia was very good. “Estonia is at present a role model for very many others. We think that fast reaction to the crisis was the only right step since fast reacting is less painful than postponed reacting. We have showed that it is possible to cope with the crisis,” said Ansip.

Ansip has meetings scheduled also with U.S. Deputy President Joe Byden, House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner and others during his two-day visit to the USA.
