Latvia's richest women – Anna Lipmane, Ieva Plaude-Relingere and Tatjana Kargina

Latvia's richest women are the pharmaceuticals company Grindex shareholder Anna Lipmane, beauty company Kolonna founder and shareholder Ieva Plaude-Relingere, and Tatjana Kargina, former Parex banka co-owner and ex-partner of Valerijs Kargins, according to a list of the 100 richest Latvian women published in the May-June edition of the magazine "VIP Lounge".

According to the estimates of "VIP Lounge", Lipmane is worth LVL 22 million, followed by Plaude-Relingere with LVL 10 million, and Kargina with LVL 8 million, writes LETA.

 

Fourth and fifth place in the 100 richest Latvian women list were held by 50 percent stakeholder in "Viada" petrol stations Alla (Alevtina) Moroza and "Mercedes" dealer Domenikss owner Benita Sadauska, both with an estimated worth of LVL 7 million.

 

Six place in the list is held by Aleksandra Krasovicka, daughter of Parex banka co-owner Viktors Krasovickis, who is the registered owner of "Villa Marta" and other impressive real estate objects in Jurmala and is said to be worth LVL 6 million.

 

Placed seventh to ninth in the list, with an estimated worth of LVL 5 million, are retail owner Iluta Kalnina, Tatjana Omelcenko, owner of the little-known Riga port stevedore company Strek, and Marika Upeniece, who controls 50% of Zemnieciba, owner of the "Beta" chain of stores.

 

Tenth place in the "VIP Lounge" list is occupied by little-known businesswoman Larisa Polosuhina, co-owner of the companies Rigas laku un krasu rupnicas, Rilak, and Tennere, who has an estimated worth of LVL 3 million.

 

Ten years ago, the total worth of the 10 richest Latvian women came to LVL 211 million, while in 2009 this had dropped to LVL 105 million, with a further drop this year down to LVL 76 million, indicate the compilers of the list – "Baltic Screen".
