Bertolt Flick's salary totaled LVL 240,000 in 2009, debts – LVL 14 mln

Latvian national airline airBaltic President Bertolt Flick was paid LVL 240,000 in salary in 2009, according to Flick's income declaration that he submitted as airBaltic president and CEO. Flick's income declaration reveals that he has debts of LVL 14 million altogether.

Flick was also paid LVL 21,629 in apartment compensation, and received an LVL 30,000 insurance policy from airBaltic last year. Flick was paid LVL 2,160 in salary at the company Baltic Airlines last year.

 

Flick's income declaration reveals that he has debts of LVL 14 million altogether. The income declaration also informs that Flick's cash savings include LVL 400, EUR 600 and USD 2500, informs LETA.

 

Besides, Flick has LVL 9000 in a Swedbank account, EUR 110,000 in an account at Germany's SEB bank, and EUR 10,000 in an account at the German bank Sparkasse Pirkasens.

 

Flick's income declaration states that last year he worked as Baltic Airlines board chairman, also as chairman of the board at Riga Tourism Development Bureau and Iedvesmas Riga association, he also worked at the Latvian National Opera Fund board, Latvian National Opera Consultative Council, and at Deutsche Baltische Handelskammer in Estland, Lettland, Litauen.

 

Flick has an apartment in Berlin and rents an apartment in Riga.

 

Flick also informs that he owns 19,307 shares in the company Baltijas Aviacijas sistemas worth LVL 19,307, and a 2007 "Audi A6".
